Planting Churches in Rwanda
In 2020 we began to ask God how we could increase our partnership with Africa New Life. That year, we launched a vision to plant 5 new churches throughout Rwanda. Thanks to your generosity, Austin Oaks Church was able to fully fund the building of three churches (and counting). These churches serve as places of worship, but also as schools for children nearby. The students in this picture are all students that are being sponsored by members of our church so they can receive an education.

Winter Storm 2021 Relief
After the Texas Winter Storm, the church rallied and supplied water to people from around the city who were still without. We distributed 2,250 gallons of water to approximately 450 families, provided shower and laundry stations, and sent teams across the city to help clean up homes from debris and damage.

Christmas Giving
To spread love in the holiday season, Austin Oaks Church asked the congregation to give gift cards for families in need at a nearby public school. Along with this, we provided an appreciation lunch for the teachers, administrators, and support staff. Serving the local families and those that are caring for children are at the heart of the message of the gospel. Our desire is to model the generosity that Christ has showed up by the way we love and care for our neighbors.
