Come join us on Wednesday evenings for an hour of fun and a head to toe workout with Jill Tibbels for an 8 week session. This 8 week class (October 2nd-Nov 20th) is intended for all levels of fitness ideally targeting anyone and everyone, including new mommies, the "over 40", those getting over injuries, or just plain getting started or staying in shape - who want to improve their general health and flexibility. We will laugh, we will sweat, we will get through it together! Come find like-minded people to spend some time with while burning some calories.
Jill Tibbels has been a member of Austin Oaks Church since 2002. She has two adult children. Megan, her daughter, still attends Austin Oaks with Jill. She has learned how to break down the fitness movements so that everyone can understand and benefit from the exercises. She is a longtime advocate of fitness and enjoys teaching others the joy of moving their bodies and encouraging their souls.
- Will be in room 104. Workout will be 6-6:50pm (so we can make it to small groups at 7pm!)
- You do not have to be in shape to participate. Class is intended to create a community and the workouts should be at your pace. We are all different!
- The workout will work on all major muscle groups.
- There will be music! There will be fun!
